Is it just me, or does the low resolution dot-matrix image make it look like they are hunting Tom Berenger?

You mean "The Return of Garthe Knight"?

My favorite parts of these reviews is the pictures of Hasselhoff trying to act. The one where he sees Stevie, where he's biting his lip, looks more like a "oh GOD, I just realized I have diahera" emotion. And where he's holding Stevie after she's been shot is great. He looks more like he's slightly confused. And the "rage" picture just looks like someone kicked him in the balls. Except he's not opening his mouth to scream "MY BALLS!" "MY NUTS!" "MY TESTICLES!" "YOU HAVE CRUSHED MY MALE GENITALIA, AN ESPECIALLY SENSITIVE PART OF A MALE BODY AND EASILY CRUSHED, WITH LITTLE FORCE. THIS IS PAINFUL. I SHALL DESCRIBE IT IN GREATER DETAIL, FORTHCOMING" or anything like that.

Too bad Ken doesn't have a time machine, he could go back and become one of the writers. His ideas sounded alot better than what these guys came up with.

[Michael deflates, lowers his fist and drops the unconscious Durant to the floor. He staggers over to KITT and exhaustedly drapes himself over KITT’s roof.]
Michael, with extra husky voice: "Thanks, buddy!"

...and then KITT backs up, knocking Michael off him, swerves around him, and rushes forward, smacking Durant's head into the wall.

My dad is a model airplane enthusiast but not the greatest pilo tin the world. He's had to put several back together and has found that the just the weight of the tape will cause the plane to fly erratically as they're little more than kites with a motor on the front. I doubt a plane filled with explosives would get off the ground much less fly.

Though it is possible and very easy to fly out of the controller's range. So it's feasible that the bad guys wouldn't be able to pull the plane back if they were trying to keep thier distance from the house, though the plane would probably shut off.

Beautiful. Simply beautiful.

A cautious sort (albeit also “easily bored”), Durant orders that their clients be informed that there will be a delay in the information transfer (????) until this situation is taken care of. “Michael Knight has to be eliminated first [before the stolen secrets are delivered],” he commands, for no apparent reason whatsoever.

"It's In The Script" or maybe "Idiot World".
KITT certainly is a "Nut-O-Fun"!

He calls Michael over the communicator, and Michael groggily asks where he is. “In the parking lot, Michael,” KITT replies. He reports that he’s been parked there ever since Michael was brought in, nine days ago.

I would really like to see a timeline for this episode, just to see how much time the "super villain" wasted when he could have compleated the job and moved on to the next. "Easily bored"? "Obsessed" is more like it!

Actually there is another well-used television and movie trope that could have been employed here at the denouement: once KITT talks Michael out of killing Durant and Michael turns away from the battered villain, Durant pulls out the trademark bad guy's hidden weapon (tiny pistol, throwing knife, etc.) and prepares to use it on Knight's back... KITT then either fries Durant with his amazing electro-ray or kayos him with some other probably-never-to-be-seen-again power, thus 1) saving Michael's life and strengthening that all-important guy/super-car bond, 2) gaining revenge and/or justice for the killing of Stevie, and 3) preventing Michael from having to lose his spotless hero status by actually killing someone. This way Durant's death could be justified by being defensive, as opposed to cold-blooded. Killing bad guys was fairly rare in 80's television series, though (not like the 60's-- THRUSH agents' life expectancies on The Man from UNCLE averaged about 20 minutes, and the Germans on Combat!... forgetaboutit!

This would probably have been too imaginative for the writers of this show, however. Hmmm... I wonder... is it possible they could be the same guys who wrote for The Challenge of the Super-Friends? I see similarities in the laziness of the writing style... wouldn't that be wild?
